Elephant's Ears

Bergenia crassifolia is a herbaceous, perennial, broad-leaved, and evergreen plant; it has rhizomatous roots of medium vigor, with a tendency to spread horizontally. It reaches a maximum height of 30 cm. It has large, glossy green, rounded leaves. It produces panicle inflorescences with many flowers in white, pink, purple, and red. The flowering occurs towards the end of winter, extending into part of the spring season
