Winter Jasmine

Jasminum nudiflorum, known as winter jasmine, is a deciduous shrub from the Oleaceae family. It originates from China. This shrub can reach a height of 3 metres. It flowers in winter and produces bright yellow, fragrant flowers with six petals, often before the leaves appear. The leaves are tripinnate and dark green in colour. It is valued in gardens for its winter flowering and its ability to cover walls and pergolas.
