Ornamental Banana

Musa ornata, commonly known as ornamental banana, is a tropical plant belonging to the Musa genus in the Musaceae family. Native to Southeast Asia, it is characterized by its large decorative leaves with wavy edges and bright green color, sometimes with red or purple shades on the underside. It produces orange-red flowers clustered in erect inflorescences. However, its fruits are not edible like those of a common banana.
